FUSE BEADS / FROM PIXELS TO PEGS
Keep your message short. Each QR module can use a 1 × 1, 2 × 2 or 3 × 3 block of beads. Four light modules surround the code.
Black modules and a filled white quiet zone keep the chart clear.
Enter the columns and rows of your square-grid board. Red boundaries and R/C labels organize the assembly.
Download an editable JSON project, a PNG preview, a PDF placement chart and a bead-count CSV.
Use a short URL or plain text. Choose error correction and beads per module.
Generate QR runs a digital decode check. The light border is part of the design; do not remove it.
Read the color key and assembly map. Work from the top-left board, save a project, and test a small section before fusing.
No digital check can guarantee a physical result. Bead holes, uneven melting, glare and contrast affect recognition. Test with your phone before and after fusing.
The QR needs a continuous light quiet zone at least four modules wide. White beads are counted and should stay in the physical design.
The PDF is a numbered reference chart with 4 mm cells, not a full-size ironing template. Large boards are split across pages with coordinates. Physical size estimates use the peg pitch you enter.
The QR grid is protected from painting so its structure stays intact. Change the message or module scale and generate again. Downloads are checked for digital readability.
Processing happens in your browser. Drafts are stored only on this device. Save a JSON project before clearing browser data or switching devices.
Rectangular square-peg grids only. No shaped or staggered boards. Pitch defaults are starting points, not verified board specifications. Follow your bead manufacturer’s age guidance and fusing instructions.
