Save your work

Download an editable JSON project, a PNG preview, a PDF placement chart and a bead-count CSV.

How to use this tool

  1. Choose your materials

Select the correct series, set grid size and check peg pitch. Use a cropped photo or start with empty pegs.

  2. Refine the chart

Generate a color match, then paint, erase empty pegs, fill areas or replace a color. Use a small palette for cleaner shapes.

  3. Build in sections

Read the color key and assembly map. Work from the top-left board, save a project, and test a small section before fusing.

Frequently asked questions

Why do the Hama series have different palettes?

Midi, Mini and Maxi are different product ranges. This snapshot includes only the colors recorded for each range, not a guarantee of current stock.

Are the on-screen colors exact?

No. RGB references are approximate and screens, finishes and batches vary. The library is a community snapshot, not an official manufacturer color certification.

Can I print the PDF at actual bead size?

The PDF is a numbered reference chart with 4 mm cells, not a full-size ironing template. Large boards are split across pages with coordinates. Physical size estimates use the peg pitch you enter.

What happens to transparent image areas?

Keep Transparent as empty pegs enabled to leave pixels with alpha below 128 empty. Otherwise they are composited onto white. Erase removes a bead entirely and reduces the count.

Are my images or projects uploaded?

Processing happens in your browser. Drafts are stored only on this device. Save a JSON project before clearing browser data or switching devices.

Rectangular square-peg grids only. No shaped or staggered boards. Pitch defaults are starting points, not verified board specifications. Follow your bead manufacturer’s age guidance and fusing instructions.
